Practice Location

Practice meets at the location specified by the gray pin below, behind Carmichael Gym at the eastern-most entrance gate to Miller Field. Look for the sign, the coconut, and the crowd of people!

Occasionally we will have workouts on Paul Derr Track nearby. If this is the case, we will still meet up at Miller, then walk over together.

Practice Time

Weekday practice (Mon-Fri) is generally at 6:00pm in the fall and 5:15pm in the spring/after daylight savings. We also have Long Runs on Saturday mornings, usually starting around 8:00am!

Try to arrive five minutes before practice start; you don’t want to miss your group!
