Joey Langhorst -

President

Hey everyone, my name is Joey! I’m a graduate student from Wilmington, NC, studying Computer Science. I've been running for most of my life, but middle school is when it became the focal point of my athletic endeavors. Aside from running, I enjoy playing disc golf, climbing, playing video games, watching football, and watching math YouTube videos. I'm excited to run with you all this season, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Lucy Shearer -

Hi all! My name's Lucy, and I'm a Biological Sciences major with a concentration in Human Biology. I am also minoring in Anthropology and Global Health. My favorite thing about run club is racing on the college level and racing my friends in rival colleges! I love meeting new people, so don't hesitate to reach out!

Hi! I’m Sophia, an Exploratory Studies major here at State. My favorite thing about run club is that I get to meet a lot of new people. I've made so many new friends and I love all of the activities and adventures we go on together, like rock climbing, Hershey Park, and hiking in national parks. Can't wait to meet all of y’all!

Kevin Bolin - Treasurer

Hey everyone! My name is Kevin, and I am from Raleigh, NC. I am a junior double majoring in Bioprocessing Science and Food Science with a minor in Microbiology. I started running in middle school and quickly fell in love with the fantastic community within this sport! Outside of running, I enjoy playing basketball, ultimate frisbee, and hiking in my spare time. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any running/non-running-related questions! Hi! My name is Peter, and I am a senior, majoring in Chemistry. What I love most about run club is meeting new people through running, and because of run club I’ve found some of my best friends at NCSU. I’m Erin! I’m a Biological Studies major with a French minor, and run anything 400m or longer. I love all the fun side quests we go on - things like riding rollercoasters at Hershey park or exploring different cities! Club is like a second family!

Hey guys, I’m Caleb! I’m a sophomore from Sylva, NC, studying Materials Science and Engineering. I started my running journey my freshman year where I used to hate it up until today where I hate it slightly less. Outside of running, I spend a lot of my time studying birds, studying chemistry, writing, and playing guitar. My favorite memory of the club has been nationals at Hershey, PA! I’m extremely excited to be a guiding figure as the head distance coach and hope to help everyone find their love for running!

Hey, I’m Caleb and I'm from Mocksville, NC. I’m a second-year biochem student. This will be my 9th year running track and I’ve done almost any event you can think of, although my main events are the 110m and 400m hurdles. When not running you can find me climbing, studying, or playing video games. I’m looking forward to a great year with everybody!

Hi everyone! I’m Bryson and I’m from Belhaven, NC. I’m a junior on the pre-dental path, majoring in Textile Technology concentrating in Medical Textiles. My favorite thing about Club Track is that it’s further brought me out of my shell and I’m a better person because of it!

Hey guys! My name is Colyn, and I’m from Asheville, NC. I’m studying Environmental Science with a minor in English. I started track in middle school but didn’t really get into sprinting until high school and have loved it ever since. Other than track I spend a lot time playing video games, drumming, and rock climbing. I can’t wait to grow this club with returning and new members as an assistant sprint coach this semester!

I’m Wyatt, a Mechanical Engineer and Sprints Assistant Coach. The Halloween Relays were really entertaining and representative of the spirit of the club - having fun, hanging out, and a whole lot of running!

I am Daniel Shea. I’m from Asheville NC and enjoy traveling the world. I’m a double major in Computer Science and Data Science. My favorite memory of the club is running a meet in Wilmington with zero sprinting experience (I lost the race but won in spirit).
